Joe’s (Joseph Campellone) dream was to make people laugh. But his stand-up comedy fails on a nightly basis. Ignored by his skirt-chasing manager Tony (Vincent K. Guagenti), Joe’s got a career in the toilet, no friends and only his mother’s half hearted sympathy to keep him company. Dejected and ready to call it quits, Joe Meets Seth Torrence (Steven Lock), a mysterious new manager who promises Joe a better a deal. As the laughter begins to pour in, his dreams come into focus. But will the last laugh be on Joe?
